• VIP Pass is sold separately from General Admission, and GA ticket must be purchased separately and directly from Ticketmaster in order for Passholder to enter venue.

• VIP Passes are not available to anyone under the age of 18, no exceptions.

• NO unauthorized photography, videography, or other recordings of the VIP experience. Passholders found to be recording without consent will have their VIP status revoked.

• Passholder must abide by the rules of the venue and fully cooperate with all security and privacy protocols. Venue & staff conduct policies supersede any and all VIP privileges. Staff reserves right to revoke VIP status for any reason if deemed necessary for the wellbeing of artists, crew, or other audience members. In the event of such revoking, Passholder may be removed from venue and will not be refunded.

This is a WILL CALL ticket. You will need to claim your VIP Experience Pass(es) using a physical, valid government issued photo identification under the name utilized at the time of purchase. Will Call will be available at the event's venue on the day of the show. Only the original purchaser can claim their VIP Experience purchase.

These passes are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.

The VIP Experience Check-In Information will be emailed to purchasers within one (1) week of the event. We advise that you prepare to be available several hours before and/or after the event for the VIP Experience.
