Rules and Guidelines to follow during VIP Experience:

- Photo will be taken on provided Polaroid camera only. 

- No personal devices (phone, camera, etc.)

- 1- by-1. No group photos.

- Pose requests must be simple and band members will not change position.

- No autograph requests.

- Gifts must be placed in the designated box and not handed to artist directly.

In the event of a bad photo result (eyes closed or too dark/blurry): VIP may come back for retake but they will not keep the original photo.

Retakes may be rejected on the basis if they do not meet this criteria.

THIS UPGRADE DOES NOT INCLUDE ADMISSION TO THE PERFORMANCE.
YOU MUST PURCHASE A SEPARATE TICKET TO ATTEND THE SHOW.

This is a WILL CALL ticket. You will need to claim your VIP Experience Pass(es) using a physical, valid government issued photo identification under the name utilized at the time of purchase. Will Call will be available at the event's venue on the day of the show. Only the original purchaser can claim their VIP Experience purchase.

These passes are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason.

The Meet & Greet Check-In Information will be emailed to purchasers within one (1) week of the event. We advise that you prepare to be available several hours before and/or after the event for the VIP Experience.
